1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ctg66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the ctg66 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ctg66 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. ctg66 reserves the right to suspend any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ctg66 login credentials, including your username and password. ctg66 will never contact you to request your password via any channel. All activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ctg66 support immediately via the live chat function within your Account.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ctg66 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements having been satisfied. Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of account closure are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

6.4 Currency

All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and account balances on the ctg66 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ctg66 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players.

6.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For fraud prevention purposes, ctg66 will process withdrawals to the same mobile wallet or bank account that was used to make the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. ctg66 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a payment method different from that used for the corresponding deposit.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit via an eligible BDT payment method may be entitled to a welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000. 7.3 Wagering Requirements

7.4 Bonus Abuse

ctg66 reserves the right to withhold, void, or cancel any bonus or promotion where there is evidence — or reasonable suspicion — of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using technical exploits to gain an unfair advantage from bonus mechanics, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other strategy that ctg66 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Outcomes

10 Account Suspension & Termination

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against ctg66 without prior resolution through support channels
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Use of prohibited software or exploits

Where an Account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ctg66 reserves the right to forfeit all Balances — including real-money funds and Bonus Funds — held within the Account at the time of termination. 11 Intellectual Property

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctg66 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ctg66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ctg66 is not responsible for any damage to your device or software resulting from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ctg66's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In all circumstances where ctg66's liability is not excluded, ctg66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your ctg66 Account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data
